Many questions may be answered in our online help center at https://dominionpayroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/. You can also find a wealth of helpful documentation directly through your iSolved HCM portal by clicking the orange “Help” button located in the top right-hand corner of many pages.
Our hours of operation are 8:30-5pm (EST) Mon-Thurs and 8:30-4pm Fri. Administrators can contact us for assistance during these hours by dialing our toll-free number (1-877-DPS-PAYU) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
