Paid Time Off (PTO) includes sick, floating holiday, and vacation days for all full-time employees. All associates begin with three weeks (15 days) of PTO outside of paid holidays annually, and accrue additional days based on years at DP.

DP provides ten paid holidays each year: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
