How to Cancel Your Registration for a Training

When registering for a training/webinar, you will receive an automatic email from customercare@gotowebinar.com or no-reply@zoom.us; this email will include the following information:

• The link to join the webinar at the specified time and date

• Audio options through your computer or telephone

• Cancel your registration

At the bottom of both automatic reply emails, there is an option to “cancel” your registration.
