It seems like a lifetime ago, but in 2002, the idea of businesses using online software for vital operations was still a new, growing, and even pioneering concept. But entrepreneurs were all-in.
Dave Gallagher and David Fratkin had a vision to build a payroll software company that put the emphasis first on people, then on software. "The Daves" founded the company out of the startup-obligatory garage at Gallagher’s house, and bootstrapped their shared vision into the largest independent payroll and HR company in the nation. Today, the mission is the same, the software rocks, and the people — those of our clients, and our own — remain No. 1.
